Happy Holiday Season from the whole team at CCC!

 

Looking back at 2022 I can definitely appreciate the ongoing constant business challenges that have caused me to become a stronger leader in commerce. Daily business operations are increasingly demanding with staffing, standards and sustaining client success. I'd like to happily report that since 1994 when the original business named Beyond Computing was founded, we still to this day have actively managed clients engaged and partnered with us. To me that is a huge win, a major milestone in long-term value exchange and lifetime client success commitments.

3 Quick Marketing Tips


  1. Maximize your opportunity to improve your brand's reputation by staying focused on acquiring Google Business Profile reviews. Incentivize staff members to obtain as many as possible. Use QR codes for easy and direct linking to the review feature and strongly encourage customers to add photos. With increased sales volume during the busy retail season take advantage of increasing your GBP reviews.
  2. Refresh your online storefront with updates to products, related products, product photos, descriptions and category descriptions. Place a few test orders to make sure everything is running smoothly. When running a promotion please stay consistent across all of your channels, it's hard enough to create a compelling offer so when you do, keep the visuals, messaging and process all the same on social, email, web and in-store.
  3. Build your list right now and use it! Not enough small businesses use email marketing consistently to generate new business. Don't just send an email last minute looking for a sale! Nurture relationships, engage the audience and create more loyalty through email marketing. It's one of my all-time favourite digital marketing channels. Offer customers an opportunity to win a gift card or value-added benefit for joining AND remaining on the list. Each month draw one winner. Announce it on social to attract social followers to join the list.
