The North American Transportation Association is a one-of-a-kind organization. According to their mission, they provide independent truckers and small private fleets with the tools needed to survive and succeed as small business owners. Second, they help motor carriers maintain the necessary relationship required by the IRS and still make available a wide array of services their independent contractors would not otherwise be eligible for.
When the North American Transportation Association first partnered with Conscious Commerce, they were maintaining a series of websites and were not utilizing the latest digital marketing technologies to leverage their business and get the word out about their membership and useful resources.
Conscious Commerce got them on the road to digital marketing success by utilizing these solutions.
Conscious Commerce took the confusion out of NTA’s digital presence. We consolidated four websites into one, easy-to-navigate site. They were previously using WordPress, which can be clunky and hard to use. Therefore, we upgraded NTA to our MAP website solution. MAP is built for performance and easy to use. Anyone can use the drag and drop feature to edit pages or customize their site.
As part of NTA’s website solution, SEO strategies were implemented to make nassoc.com more visible in search engines. Likewise, we added all the necessary analytic tools to track important website metrics and optimized their Google My Business listing.
We added a Live Chat feature to quickly address customer service and capture more leads. As well as integrated a membership space. This space required careful branding, integration, and set up.
The North American Transportation Association has a large email list that was not being leveraged. To combat this, Conscious Commerce created and optimized a new email template which satisfied
email marketing best practises. The first email sent was so successful, that
NTA’s partners got more leads in one day than they had ever had before.
Conscious Commerce is implementing a display campaign aimed at connecting and engaging with professionals in the transportation industry, that might not know about NTA. To do so, we are building a digital funnel that speaks to some of the more specific benefits NTA has to offer including Memberships, OCC/ACC, Drug & Alcohol Testing and Fuel Cards. The campaign kicks off in mid-September.
